Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your product, please review the following criteria to determine if you qualify for a return or refund:
- Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items: We accept returns within 30 days for items that are misprinted, damaged during shipping, or have manufacturing defects.
- Buyer’s Remorse or Incorrect Size: Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for items due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
2. Return Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team via email team@beanhere.store. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
- Return Address: We will provide you with the appropriate return address based on your location. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging where possible.
- Replacement or Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will assess its condition. Depending on the issue, we will either offer a replacement product or issue a refund.
3. Replacement Product
- If the issue is related to misprinting, damage, or defects, we will promptly send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process
- If a refund is applicable, we will process it within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
- Customised Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for customised or personalised items unless they are defective.
- Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised;
